We provide a full refund if you receive your order and are not 100% happy with it. We want you to love your purchase! You will need to ship it back to our headquarters at your own cost. Please take a good look at our size chart as we are based in Australia and use Australian sizes which may be different from other countries.
We are happy to make your items to your exact measurements but custom sizes will mean we cannot accept returns. To qualify for a 100% money-back guarantee you must order from our size chart. If different sleeve length or dress/skirt length is selected from what is pictured, the dress will be considered personalized and also fall under an item that cannot be returned.What measurements should I send to you if I want to use my own measurements?

Length (please allow for a 5 cm difference)
Certain dresses may require a measurement for around the arm and from the centre of the clavicle, over the breast to the waist. We will let you know if this is the case.
